Lost Items

On rare occasions a package is lost in transit. Please allow 10 working days for the package to arrive from the date of dispatch. If the goods still do not arrive then please contact your local post office. In the unlikely event that the package is not being held, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.


Please be aware that if we are not contacted within 14 days, an insurance claim cannot be made and thus you will be unable to claim any loss from Highland Classics shop.



At Highland Classics we want to provide you with the best possible customer service. If you need to return your goods please follow our Returns Policy:

  • You must contact us immediately to inform us of any problem.
  • Any product can be returned for a refund of the cost of the product as long as the product is returned in its original condition. Please ensure that DVDs and CDs have unopened packaging, unless the item is faulty.
  • You will be fully refunded, including return Delivery costs (you must have proof of posting) for a product which can be proved to be damaged or faulty through our error.
  • The product must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt, at an address given to you by one of our representatives.
